She is survived by: her sons, Scott Blankenship of Lebanon, Missouri and Dustin Welch of Lebanon, Missouri; her siblings, Cathy Felin of Lebanon, Karen Caudle of Lebanon, Brenda Sing of Kansas City, Missouri, Mark Jackson of Lebanon, Missouri and Mike Jackson of Lebanon, Missouri; her grandchildren, Austin, Tayla and Allison; her great grandchildren, Braxton and Payton; and her stepsister Sarah Sherrer. She is also survived by her family and she loved being with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established and donations may be left at the funeral home.
