He is survived by: his wife Kathy Lappin Hart; his sons, Jason Hart (Catie) of Naples and Logan Hart of Lebanon, Missouri; his stepchildren, Donna Jenkins (Don) and Don Tapscott (Melissa); his grandchildren, Abby Jenkins and Austin Tapscott (Brittani); his brothers, Ronald Hart (Inga) of Delaware and Francis Hart (Rita) of Delaware; and also Oaklynn Tapscott of Danville, Illinois.
