He was predeceased by : his parents, Wilfred Powell and Bernetta Powell (Phillips); his son Rick Lane Powell; and his great grandchild Desmond Powell. He is survived by : his wife Judie Powell; his children, Terri (Ronnie Hall) and Tim (Melanie Powell); his sister Phyllis; his grandchildren, Megan (Tom Stevens), Jamie (Kyle Sherwood), Justin (Mychie Powell) and Devon Hall; his great grandchildren, Ellie Stevens, Kaley Sherwood, Kody Sherwood, David Stevens, Joseph Powell, Clementine Powell and Mirabella Powell; and his former life partner Judith Turner. He is also survived by many friends and other family members.
