It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Bernard Mickel Jr. (Camdenton, Missouri), who passed away on February 11, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Bernerd, Sr. and Naomi Erne Mickel; and his siblings, Jackie Moore, Jenette King, Joyce Taylor, Nancy Bibbee, Gerald Mickel, Jimmy Mickel and John Mickel.

He is survived by: his sister Sally Graham (James) of Camdenton, Missouri; his children, Jesse Mickel, Keri Pettit (Randy) of Big Bear and Sara Watts of Fremont, Nebraska; and his grandchildren, Christian, Kellen, Kuylee and Moya. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Memorial donations may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and left at the funeral home.

My former husband, Jim and I were very good friends with Jack and then wife, Kerryn, and all of their children. Even though the years and miles separate us now, I have many fond memories of those days. I also love to see those kids all grown up now with lives of their own. Their father would be so proud!
