He is survived by: his wife Ruth Saffer-Tucker; his children, Kelly Shafer of Marion, Diana Hankins of San Diego, CA and Paul Tucker of Gardner; and his grandchildren, Eric Shafer, Laniesa Shafer, Kyle Hankins and Nicole Harris. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
