She was predeceased by: her parents, John Schmidt and Helen Widmer; and her husband Dr. James Jungels. She is survived by: her children, Marianne Jungels-Norris (Joel) of Gainesboro, Tennessee and Jay Jungels of Camdenton, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Morgan Jungels, Joel Jungels-Norris IV, John Jungels-Norris, Jane Jungels-Norris, Jill Jungels-Norris and Patiena C. Norris. She is also survived by relatives and many friends.

A Mass will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Anthony Catholic Church (1874 MO-5, Camdenton, MO 65020). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the St. Mary's Cemetery.
