It is with sadness that the passing of Janet Jungles (Camdenton, Missouri) is shared. Janet, born on July 7, 1948 in Moberly, Missouri, passed away on October 3, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Janet will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Schmidt and Helen Widmer; and her husband Dr. James Jungels. She is survived by: her children, Marianne Jungels-Norris (Joel) of Gainesboro, Tennessee and Jay Jungels of Camdenton, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Morgan Jungels, Joel Jungels-Norris IV, John Jungels-Norris, Jane Jungels-Norris, Jill Jungels-Norris and Patience C. Norris. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anthony Catholic Church (1874 MO-5, Camdenton, MO 65020). A burial was held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the St. Mary's Cemetery.
