He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Lewis and Edna Bradford Lewis; and his siblings, Jim Lewis and Gloria Norman. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Lewis; his children, Jason, Lori Lewis, Amber, Lewis Pennington, Chad and Robin Lewis; his grandchildren, Gavin, Catherine Lewis, Grayson, Gunner, Granger Lewis, Brittany, Logan Woodward, Jocelyn, Jerricha, Jonah and Josiah Lewis; and his great grandchild Avery Woodward.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Holman-Howe Funeral Home.
