He is survived by : his wife Stephanie Best; his brothers, Dennis Kempen (Pamela) of North Carolina and Ronald Kempen (Janice) of St. Louis, Missouri; his nieces, Heidi, Jennifer, Veronica and Carrie; and his nephew Michael. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
