He is survived by: his wife Peggy Lou Passwater; his children, John Watts Jr. (Stephanie), Cindy Watts (Kathy) and Denise Snodgrass (Dennis); his grandchildren, Travis Watts (Sheena), Shane Watts (Bridget), Lauren Hokamp (James), Nicki Snodgrass, Amanda Snodgrass and Kiera Snodgrass; and his great grandchild Lily Watts. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
