He is survived by: his parents, Scott Perry and Donna Perry; his wife Lindsay; his daughters, Adyson, Regan and Sloane; his grandmother Clarice Perry; his uncles, Tracy Snapp (Jona) and Brent Snapp; his aunt Jane Snapp; his parents-in-law, Janelle James, Wayne "Dubb" Hanks and Terry Dabney; his brother Jesse; his sister-in-law Emily Hanks; his nephews, Reid and Rylan Hanks; his close friends, Toni and Sage; his brother Coty Arron Perry; his uncle Wayne Snapp; and his grandfather Kenneth Snapp. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
