She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucian D. Byington and Hazel E. Byington (Dixon); her husband Noel Sherman Price; her daughter Julie Skaggs; her siblings, Arlene Good, Ronald, Frank, Michael and Bill Byington; and her brothers-in-law, Joe Bell and Leon Woods.

She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Houston and Elizabeth Powell (Scotty); her grandchildren, Ashley Skaggs, Meagan Skaggs, Tiffany Price of Tony, Lindsey Pierce (Adam), Greg Keeney (Abby) and Kristen Doza (Richard); her great grandchildren, Bryson, Jaiden Chevelle, Nevaeh, Harper, Rory, Serenity and Grayson; her sisters, Debra Haarmaann, Peggy Bell and Glenda Woods; her sister-in-law Joyce Byington; and her son-in-law George Skaggs.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Bonne Terre Chapel (313 Benham St, Bonne Terre, MO 63628). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the St. Joseph Cemetery.
