He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis William and Virginia Irene Shannon (Everett); and his wife Benita. He is survived by: his children, Lynn Buchanan (Brent) and Bill Shannon (Brenda); his grandchildren, Eric Buchanan (Erin), Allison Curry (Keith), Zachary Buchanan (Abby), Andrew Shannon (Julie) and Kaitlyn Cupps (Gage); and his sister Kay Brittain. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
