He was predeceased by: his parents, Chris Herbert Mayhan, Jr. and Nellie Maybelle Hicks Mayhan; his siblings, Betty, Chris, James and Randal; and his son Lihue, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Aletha Kemp of Lebanon, Missouri; his daughter Betty Reynolds (Michael) of Lebanon, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Jessica and Christopher.
