She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Carter and Aileen Price Buckles; and her siblings, Janice Inscore and Gary Buckles. She is survived by: her husband Benjamin Gantt; her daughters, Penny Gantt, Sherry McDougald (Jeff) and Stacey Harris (Reggie); and her brother Joe Buckles (Beverly). She is also survived by four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
