She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl "Dink" Shipman and Ruth Shipman (Blankenship); her husband Danny Starr; her siblings, Bill Shipman, Eddie Shipman, Freddie Shipman, Butch Shipman and Sue Kuhn; and her siblings-in-law, Sharon Shipman and Jack Kuhn.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Starr (Dawne), Tonia Starr and Andy "Bean Dip" Wyatt; her grandchildren, Brianna Starr, Makenzee Starr, Tylor Mann, Mylee Hanks (Skyler), Amanda Baker (Nick), Sammi Bithell (Todd), C. J. Baker and Brooklynn Angell; her great grandchildren, Isabella, Bentley, Korbin, Landon, Willian, Nicky, Lane, Joey, Gunner, Maylynne, Wrenlee, Bostyn and Bryson; her sister Ellen Bradley (Rick) of Linn Creek; her sisters-in-law, Peggy Shipman of Texas, Cheryl Shipman of Linn Creek and Linda Lindsey of Springfield; Jamie Mann and Pam Coble. She is also survived by many friends and other family members.
Memorial donations may be made to the Freedom Cemetery and left at the funeral home the day of the service.
