He was predeceased by: his father Eugene Spencer; and his brother Scott Spencer. He is survived by: his mother Carol Spencer; his wife Patricia "Patty" Spencer; his daughter Lacy Loffer; his grandchildren, Kailee, Lily and Lincoln; his son Tyler Spencer (Excene); his grandchildren, Bexley and Stevie; his brother Michael Spencer (Patty); and his sister-in-law Robin Spencer. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.

A graveside service was held on Friday, August 21st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Banner Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026.
