He was predeceased by: his father Robert E. Price; and his daughter Julie Louise Skaggs. He is survived by: his wife Judith Price (Byington); his daughters, Connie Houston and Elizabeth Codelia Powell (Scotty); his son-in-law George Dwayne Skaggs; and his grandchildren, Ashley Skaggs, Meagan Skaggs, Tiffany Price of Tony, Houston, Lindsey Pierce, Greg Keeney and Kristen Doza. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
