He is survived by: his wife Barbara Kaufmann (Moreau) of Linn Creek, Missouri; his children, Kim Miller, Robin White, Scott Kaufmann, Jody Smith and Jeremy Moreau; and his siblings, Hank Kaufmann and Roseanne Jost. He is also survived by other relatives and many dear friends.
