He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Myers; his children, Timothy Myers (Teresa) of Eldon and Angela Shields of Halfway, Missouri; his granddaughter Tara Pike (Matthew); and his brothers, Kenny Myers (Bonnie) of Lebanon, Rick Myers of Lebanon and Jack Myers (Kathy) of Texas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends.
