He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Philip Frazier and Lillie Frazier (Jones); his wife Barbara Shaw; his children, Samuel D. Frazier II (Angela) of Kansas City, Missouri, Gwendolyn F. Reeves of Wentzville and Michelle G. Randoloph (Mark) of O'Fallon, Missouri; and his brother Philip H. Frazier. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or March of Dimes.
