She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Farwell and Mae Farwell (Ireland); and her siblings, Warren, Donald, Tom, Forrest Farwell and Melba Sullivan.

She is survived by: her children, Gay Kirtley (Jon) of Camdenton and Robert Abbet of Branson, MO; her grandchildren, Katie Choi (Ben), Emily Wulff (Alex) and Jake Kirtley; her granddaughter-in-law Kate; her great grandchildren, Charlotte, Rose, Louie and Jillian; her sisters-in-law, Mary Farwell of Kirksville, MO and Wilena Farwell of Republic, MO; Mimi. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials have been suggested to Canopy Church youth group in Camdenton, Missouri.
