He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Herbert and Wanda Berneice Belk (Mitchell); his brother Emmett Belk; and his granddaughter Sierra Rangel. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Belk; his children, Wanda (David Rangel), Arthur (Samantha Belk), Anthony Belk, Darick (Rachael Belk), Sylvia Belk and Dustin Connors; and his siblings, Marilyn Belk, Phyllis Heisman, Lindell (Tina Belk), Darrel (Theresa Belk), Timmy Belk and Donna (Greg Puig).
