He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Norman and June Norman; and his wife Jackie. He is survived by: his children, Rick Shepard (Theresa) of Lake Winnebago, Missouri and Tina Curnutt (Chris) of Leeton, Missouri; his grandchildren, Lauren Stookey (Daniel) of Kansas City, Missouri and Jacob Shepard (Sadie McCue) of Roeland Park, Kansas; his great grandchildren, Everly and Easton Stookey; and his son Bryan Norman.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Heart Association or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital are greatly appreciated.
