He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Neal and Marie Neal (Krouse). He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Pfost, Cynthia Dawson (John) and Lori Miller (Walter); and his brother Tom Neal (Susan). He is also survived by six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild and many other relatives and friends.
