He was predeceased by: his parents, George Stout and Alice Stout (Ramsey); his grandson David Stout, Jr.; and his siblings, John Stout, Milton Stout, Edith Richardson, Mary Jane Link, Juanita Davenport and Armina Gandy.
He is survived by: his wife Helen; his sons, David Stout, Sr. (Dawn McGuire) of Camdenton and Ron Stout (Debbie) of Lake Ozark, Missouri; and his grandsons, Jeff Stout (Shila) and Steven Stout. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
