He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas and Shirley Mae White (Wiemholt). He is survived by: his wife Joyce Carol Rehbock; his daughter Kristy Dawn White; his stepson George Henry Rehbock (Sarah); and his brothers, Pete White, Mike White, Jeff White, Dan White, Greg White and Kevin White. He is also survived by five step-grandchildren, and three step-great-grandchildren.
