She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Metzinger and Caroline Metzinger (Hargrove); her husband Robert "Bob" R. Blythe; and her brother David Metzinger. She is survived by: her sons, Mark (Tresa) and Matt (Stacy); her grandchildren, Brett (Jena), Kenzie (Corey), Paige (Darren) and Torri (Christian); her great grandchildren, Avery, Kyrie, Braydi, Collins, Raye, Bennett, Drue, Leni and Jordi; and her sister Eva Duguid.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory (5005 Frederick Ave Ste A, St Joseph, MO 64506). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial gifts to Wyatt Park Christian Women's Foundation (CWF).
