He is survived by: his parents, Gary Curtis and Donna Curtis (Weese); his wife Tina; his children, Angie Roberts (Mike) of Cameron, Heith Curtis (Melanie) of Cameron, Coral Barnes (Russ) of Cameron, Travis Curtis (Michaela) of Cameron, Amber White (Chris) of Cameron, Chris Sandridge (Katie) of Cameron, Jeremiah Sandridge (Amanda) and Brian Sandridge (Ame); his siblings, Howard Curtis (Cheri), Randy Curtis (Keri) and Vickie Murphy (Vic); and his grandmother Louise Curtis. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
