He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Lou Dice (VanDyke) and Joe Sr. Lou; and his stepmother Phyllis. He is survived by: his wife Tina; his children, Tracy Townsend (Matt) and Eric Dice (Rachel); his grandchildren, Samantha, Savannah, Amelia and Liam; and his siblings, Jerry Dice (Pam) and Vada Wattenbarger (Gary). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
