John B. Tiemann Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John B. Tiemann of Cameron, Missouri, who passed away on November 8, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry John Henry and Marian Elizabeth Tiemann (Meyers); his wife Edith Marie McCoy; his children, John Burton Tiemann, Jr. and Patricia Dee Tiemann; his siblings, Marvin Tiemann, Shirley Tritico and Donna Corbett; and his stepgrandson Buster Batey.
He is survived by: his children, Marie Miller (LeeRoy) and Paul B. Tiemann; his grandchildren, John Miller (Holly), Rachel James (Ryan), Dakota Tiemann (Abby), Andrew Tiemann (Katie), Quentin, Cadence Miller, Hadassah, Rhema, Amanah James, Madelyn and Waylon Tiemann; his stepson Roland Batey; and his stepgrandchildren, Misty Moreland, Tony Batey and Kim Sue Batey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory (5005 Frederick Ave Suite A, St Joseph, MO 64506). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society.
