She is survived by: her husband David Johnson; her daughters, Shelli Whitley and Anne Fox; her grandchildren, Nicole Bryant (Cody), Jacey Whitley and Gracelynn Fox; her great grandchildren, Karmen, Charlotte, Cole and Brooklyn; and her siblings, Larry McCarty, Maui and Dawn Goddard.
