Stacy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his mother Sharon Foutes. He is survived by: his father Larry R. Foutes of Popular Bluffs, MO; his pets, Molly, Jade, Cooper, Kirby, Trek, Tagg and Baker; his wife Sue; his children, Tyler Lee Foutes of Philadelphia, NY, Jennifer Bessy (Matthew) of Palmyra, MO and Brandon Foutes of Quincy, IL; his sister Joyce Foiles (Mike Deckys) of Downers Grove, IL; and his grandchildren, Brennon, Brady, Kreya, Jolene, Myra, Kai-Legend and LeiLani. He is also survived by his family and was proud of his children and grandchildren.
