He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Shirley, Bob Eads, Jim and Pat Perkins; and his uncle Tim Eads.
He is survived by: his parents, Larry Eads and Pam Eads (Perkins) of Gallaway, Tennessee; his son Travis Martinez of Florida; his brother Brett Eads of Gallaway, Tennessee; his girlfriend Stephanie Gibson; and his uncle Rick Eads (Michelle).
