She was predeceased by : her parents, John Ottis and Tine Hattie Smith O'Neal; her husband Bobby Ray Shepard; and her siblings, Alvie O'Neal, James O'Neal, Jerry O'Neal and Betty Bishop.
She is survived by : her daughters, Sandra Beckham of Lake Stevens, Patsy Dorrough of Greensboro and Debbie Nelson of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; her grandchildren, Bobby Ray Shephard, Terry Dale Alford, Chandra Boyd, Erica Roberts, Jessica Grisby and Bethany Tibbs; and her sisters, Haliene Vincent of St. Louis, Glenda Greenwood of Campbell, Judy Pruett of Dexter and Verma O'Neal of Campbell. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
