He is survived by: his father Jerry Wayne Johnson of Nimmons, Arkansas; his sons, Gunner Johnson (Hayley Whittington) of Bussey, Anthony Bullinger (Beth) of Emmett, Brock Walker of Prescott, Jonathan Perkins (Amber Malin) of Campbell and Dylan Perkins (McKayla) of Campbell; his grandchildren, Aydan Bullinger, Rhett Bullinger, Alec Bullinger, Jon Luke Perkins, June Perkins, Layla Rouse, Olivia Perkins, Ariella Perkins, Leon Perkins and Colter Perkins; and his siblings, Bryan Johnson (Charity) of Piggott, Tony Johnson (Valerie) of Searcy and Chris Ann Cavaness (Donnie) of Nimmons, Arkansas..
