She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Perkins and Flois Goldsmith Perkins; her husband Harold Churchill; her brothers, John and Gary Perkins; her sons, Jackie Edward Farmer and Larry Farmer; and her sister Betty Edwards.
She is survived by: her son Terry Farmer (Sheri) of Poplar Bluff; her grandchildren, Stephen Farmer (Jennifer), Jackie Farmer (Stephanie), April Gossett (Travis), Amanda Farmer, Josh Farmer, Bailey Wells (Ryan) and Jacob Farmer; and her siblings, Floyd Perkins of Houston, TX and Dorothy Ricks of Desoto, MO..
