He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lewis and Joan Lewis; and his sons, Nicholas Lewis and Nathan Lewis. He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Luke; and his siblings, Mark Lewis and Sheila Presson. He is also survived by two grandchildren and Tina Wilburn, his significant other of 15 years.
