Donald leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Donald’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Raines and Dorothy Phillips Raines; and his grandson Chance Michael Raines Jones. He is survived by: his wife Lola Raines of Canton; and his daughter Margaret Raines of Canton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Arnold's Funeral Home (112 W Main St, Lewistown, MO 63452). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the Shiloh Christian Children's Ranch, Canton Public Library or St. Joseph's Indian School.
