It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eileen Catherine Polak of Canton, Missouri, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on June 6, 2022, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Hugh McMahon and Catherine McMahon (Galvin); and her brother Brian McMahon. She is survived by : her children, Kaitlyn Polak and Richard 'Richie Polak; her siblings, Amy Greene (Daniel) and Kevin McMahon (Monica); and her nephews, Nolan, Garrett and Liam.
