He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Rutherford and Margaret Rutherford (McKassen); his wife Dolly Ann Rutherford; and his siblings, Anita, Wendell, Bea, Theda Kay, Zelda, Carol, Jerry and Dwayne.
He is survived by: his sons, Randy, Michael (Julie) and David; his grandchildren, Leann Harrison (Scott), Dustin Rutherford, Dallas Rutherford and Deanna Roberts; his great grandchildren, Alaina Thompson (Skylar), Wyatt, Delaney, Danielle and Demi Roberts; his great great grandchildren, Harrison, Theodore and Oliver Thompson; and his sister Marcia Moreland.
Memorials may be made to St. Louis Children's Hospital.
