He is survived by: his wife Charlotte A. Johnson of Peter's Lutheran Church; his children, Russell Bayne Sommers (Pam) of Nappanee, IN and Robin Suzanne Glenn (Scott) of Blue Springs, MO; his grandchildren, Ashley Grove, Dillon Sommers and Sydney Engelland (Bryanna); his great grandchildren, Jamie Lynn Martin, Samantha Martin, Grayson Grove and Lucy Sommers; his siblings, Johnny Sommers (Dian), Max Sommers (Lee), Marty Sommers (Debbie) and Marsha Allison; and his pet Chloe.
