He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Raymond Lillard and Jeanette Lillard (Miller) of Williamstown, MO.; his daughter Lindsey Perrigo (Taylor) of Lakewood, CO; his siblings, Rick Lillard of Williamstown, MO, Brenda Barkley (Jim) of Canton, MO and Cheryl Leighton of Paxton, IL; and his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Lillard, Travis Lillard, Jay Barkley, Eric Barkley, Mitch Taylor and Chris Taylor.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Can & Will Booster Club (200 S. 4th St. Canton, MO 63435) which proudly supports all Canton R-V athletic programs.
