It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Raleigh of Canton, Missouri, who passed away on February 4, 2026, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Raleigh and Frances Mildred Bash Raleigh; his wife Patsy Ann Shanks Raleigh; and his siblings, Lloyd, Floyd Raleigh, Wilford Pete Raleigh, Norma Jean Prisner and Elizabeth Raleigh.
He is survived by: his children, Darla Gaus (Wade) of Canton, MO, Tina Hetzler (Roy) of Canton, MO, Lisa Harker (Michael) of Quincy, IL and Stephanne Baker (Mark) of Canton, MO; his grandchildren, Levi Gaus (Jordyn), Katelyn Gaus (Guy Baskerville), Rachael Dalton (Daron), Megan Hetzler (Kyle Tracy), Charles Hetzler (Hannah Dye), Joshua Lee, Jonathan Lee (Ashley), Jennfier Lee (Alex Rhodes), Darin Munzlinger and Joshua Middendorf (Shanen); and his great grandchildren, Georgia Lee, Charlotte Lee, Jaxon Rhodes, Bradley Groff, Colton Dalton, Citori Dalton, Esperanzo, Isaiah, Rose and Eisley Middendorf. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Canton R-5 Ag Department for redoing tractors or the Canton R-5 Food Pantry.
