She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Irma M. Nichols and Glenn O. Nichols; her children, Jennifer Helen Chanley (Mike), Gregory Edward Calvin and Whitney Nichols Calvin (Carla); her grandchildren, Bryce Edward Abasolo, Erin Elisa-Ysabel Abasolo, Brittney Shawntae Amelunke (Justin), Melinda Ann Rutherford (Kasey), Mark Todd Calvin and Mary Renee Calvin; and her great grandchildren, Allie K., Leah Ann and Bradley Ray Amelunke.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to First Presbyterian Church of Cape Girardeau or Chateau Girardeau Foundation.
