We bid farewell to Betty Wiley of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 4, 2025 at the age of 92. Betty touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As Betty departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Betty may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Betty leaves behind.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Newton and Susie Francis Hyslip (Henshaw); and her husband Al Wiley. She is survived by: her children, Charlie "Butch" Blumenburg, Alvin Blumenberg (Al) and Sydonia Reed. She is also survived by five grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
