He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy George and Lelia Mae Haubold Turner; his former wife Linda Ann Long Turner; and his sister Karen Lee Turner-Cook. He is survived by: his children, Billy Turner Jr. (Cheri) of Sikeston, MO, Bobby Turner (Mary) of Jackson, MO, Joshua Wessel (Michelle) of Gordonville, MO, Matthew Wessel of Cape Girardeau, MO, Wendy Seabaugh of Jackson, MO and Elizabeth Rasnic (Chad) of Farmington, MO; and his sister Belenda Mae Tuner of Sikeston, MO.. He is also survived by Six grandchildren, one great-grandchild, as well as several nieces and nephews.
