He was predeceased by: his father Lloyd Jack; and his brother Carl Franklin Cook. He is survived by: his wife Cathy of Cape Girardeau; his sons, Jim James (Marcy) of Wolf Lake, IL, Shelley Dennie (Les) of Hernando, MS, Brandon Cook (Chansi) of Pine Bluff, AR and Brian Cato Cook of Cape Girardeau; his siblings, Jeannette Williams (Norris) of Redfield, AR, Barbara A. Turner of Pampa, TX, Brenda K. Lackie of Fort Worth, TX, Carol Franklin Cook of Whitehall, AR, William Cook III (Carolyn) of Junction City, KS and Ronald Cook (Jean) of Pottsville, AR; his grandchildren, Andrea James of Florence, IN, Alex David James of Benton, MO, Aisha Cook of Tulsa, OK, Hanna Cook of Pine Bluff, AR, Josh Dennie and Zach Dennie of Hernando, MS; and his great grandchild Willow James. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
