He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry A. Puchbauer and Frieda Puchbauer (Ludwig); his wife Patsy Ruth Phelps; his son Michael; and his siblings, Lillian Palisch and Floyd Puchbauer.
He is survived by: his children, Eric Puchbauer of Calgary and Amy Worley (Jim) of Fenton, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Angela, Michaelle, Megan, Matthew, Jonathan, Keira, Luke and Lauren. He is also survived by one great-grandchild; as well as many nieces and nephews.
