He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Charles and Edna Earl Smith Holley; his spouse Anni Maria Jusiewicz; and his son Shawn Phillips. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Holley (Andrea) of Cape Girardeau, Diana Oboh (Okwuchukwu), Celeste Jackson (Will) of Cape Girardeau and Monika Ritter-Mueller (Guenter) of Germany; his siblings, Charles, Roy, Eddie, George Holley, Wilma Jennings, Levera Hines and Linda Singleton; his grandchildren, Michael, Jasmine, Eli, Sandra, Caitlin, Isabella, Natalie, Ava, Alivia, Sylar and Adaeze; and his great grandchild Naveen.
